ID Badge Terms and Conditions

  1. Badge pickup will take place on 8–9 October 2025
  2. We offer two types of registration:
    • Individual Registration – for participants registering on their own
    • Group Registration – for organizations or delegations registering multiple members under one PIC (Person in Charge)
  3. For Group Registrations:
    • One PIC will be responsible for registering all members.
    • The PIC will be the only person authorized to pick up all the badges for their group
    • Confirmation of group registration will be communicated via the PIC's email
  4. This ID badge is only valid during the implementation of the Indonesia International Sustainability Forum on October 10-11, 2025 at Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC)
  5. This registration is valid for all categories of local and international participants, government delegates, sponsors, and media
  6. The registration period runs from August 4 to September 30, 2025
  7. You are responsible for the data of the members who will be registered
